Subaru Doncaster Service & Parts

This may seem a little weird, but I have just picked up a new car and I didn't buy a Subaru! What I did buy is irrelevant, suffice to say it just better suited my individual needs and a car from the Subaru range didn't suit those.
However I love the look and quality of the Subaru's. I test drove several models and researched them thoroughly. Throughout this process I was serviced by Yakob from their sales team. He was a great help, very diligent and while disappointed I didn't buy a car from him, he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
This is a very good dealership and I would recommend it to my friends.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Subaru Doncaster. I put a $1,000 deposit on 2 cars to view on Tuesday as I live 2 hrs drive away. I sent an email on Friday to confirm all was good and would be there the following day. Sat morning I received an email to say they had sold one of the cars on Friday which I believed my deposit had secured until I had seen the car. I rang and asked why it had been sold and was then told my $1,000 deposit was for one car only. The car that was sold had less km's and was in much better condition. When I mentioned I had a mechanic with me the salesman appeared even less interested in doing business with me. When I arrived at the dealership there was very little customer service and the second car, which apparently my deposit was on, was not even worthy of looking at.

Then there was Subaru Glen Waverley - what a relief! Service with a genuine smile from Francesco and all the staff. They were approachable, friendly and eager to help. It was late in the day and still Florence did everything with ease and even though she was going to have to work late to get another deal organised, there was no sign of complaint. They have even offered to deliver the car as we are out of town, which again goes above and beyond expectations. I will definitely be coming back and will definitely recommend them and look forward to doing business with the team in the future. Subaru Glen Waverley have restored my faith in Subaru dealers.
