We went to a house on Mayland Ave, Balwyn to inspect as a potential purchaser and my husband and I were both really impressed with the professionalism and assistance of Noel Jones agents on that day, especially David Fileccia. David made us feel pleasant to ask questions and he provided us with all necessary information. Although there were a few groups of people inspecting the property at the same time, he made sure that we had all the answers we needed.
