  Ordered a slice of cheese cake, the waiter took it to the wrong table and the other people proceeded to eat all of the cream off the top and sides, at this point the waiter realised his mistake, took the cake from them and braught it to me. I said that I wanted a new slice that hadn't been on someone elses table (which i think is totally fair), the waiter took the cake behind the counter, pretended to get a new slice, but he just shaved off the eaten bit of the old cake and then brought it back out to me.....disgusting behaviour, especially considering how over priced the place is....

  shout out to Shawn for being one of the most professional and lovely staff members I have ever met at a coffee shop, he always remembers my name and order when ever I go in!! its nice to see that good old customer service hasn't completely died in the hospitality industry!!!

  Decided to eat at the coffee club in Doncaster Westfield for the first time accompanied by my two sisters and sisters boyfriend.
  Service was okay, they were welcoming and very attentive.
  However the food was very poor,
  I ordered the chicken burger, it had no taste and I wasn't too sure with whether the chicken was cooked properly.
  One of my sisters ordered the calamari salad. It wasn't covered in batter properly and the calamari was very slimy. The salad itself had no dressing, had no taste and wasn't very fresh at all.
  And lastly and definitely the worst was my younger sister ordered the mushroom and Spinich omelette. She is a vegetarian hence why she ordered this as it clearly had the vegetarian symbol next to it.
  Halfway through eating her omelette she found bits of bacon in her omelette.
  Never eating here again the food was atrocious, I would rate it zero if I had the choice.
