    I am so disappointed, I asked for bonde tips and instead they accidentally burned my hair, without telling me the hair dresser cut my hair and now i have an unwanted bob, when i had long long hair cascading down to my knees. seven years of me growing my hair out just snipped right off to the ground. Do not go.
